Challenge

Operators process huge volumes of call detail records (CDRs) every day across many systems. Mismatches between stages and various fraud schemes cause revenue leakage that is hard to detect through manual reconciliation.

Solution

Fetek developed a platform that collects and reconciles billing data across systems, with configurable anomaly and fraud-detection rules, alerting, case management and reporting for the revenue control team.
