Executive dashboards and reporting with an AI chatbot for data exploration

A centralised dashboard and reporting system for management, combined with an AI chatbot that lets users ask questions in natural language to explore data on demand.

Challenge

Management needed timely business figures from many systems, but every new report request had to wait for the data team to compile it by hand.

Solution

Fetek built a central data store, automated pipelines and executive dashboards for each management level, and integrated an AI chatbot that understands questions in Vietnamese, queries data within the user’s permissions and answers with tables or charts.
